We acknowledge we are situated on Noongar land, and that Noongar people remain the spiritual and cultural custodians of their land, and continue to practice their values, languages, beliefs and knowledge. We pay our respects to the traditional owners of the lands on which we live and work across Western Australia and Australia.

Initial consult

To make an appointment

We do need a referral first

To make an appointment for a consultation we need a valid referral from a registered medical practitioner. Due to confidentiality and medicolegal issues we can no longer accept referrals by email or fax which are NOT secure. Your health professional should please send the referral to us via a secure electronic portal called healthlink.

Our Healthlink address is pete2fri.

After we have received your referral, one of our staff members will contact you to make the arrangements.  Please have your Medicare number and health fund details available for when we contact you to make the booking.

What to bring

Please bring your imaging study reports and any other reports relevant to your condition. You may also complete a registration form (available below). Please present all this information to reception on your arrival. You will also need your Medicare and Health Insurance information.

Costs

As this is a private practice, a fee is payable on the day of consultation. Please also note that there may be additional charges payable if any minor procedures are performed on the day. With a current referral and Medicare card, you will receive a rebate back from Medicare. Unfortunately, private health funds do not contribute to consultations but will contribute to surgical procedures (if applicable) provided you have the appropriate cover.

All patients considering surgery will receive a detailed quote listing all item numbers relating to their procedure. Our fees have been developed after referring to the Australian Medical Association (AMA) and the Medical Benefits Scheme (MBS). We encourage all patients to check with their health provider prior to surgery to discuss your individual policy which may have an excess or co-payment.  All other associated costs are fully covered, including the anaesthetists and hospital stay fees which are sent directly to your health provider incurring no further out of pocket costs.

Your Consult

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment as this will allow administration staff time to scan any relevant information you bring with you and for you to complete the patient registration form. If you would like to do this prior to your appointment, please click below.

Please note: Failure to advise staff of the cancellation of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
