Joondalup ENT is expanding and responding to the demand for more available consultations and empathetic frontline staff.

We are excited to welcome our new staff members and a new Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon for Perth’s Northern suburbs.

Our new ENT is Dr Alastair Gliksman (pictured above) who is available to see both children and adult patients.

Dr Gliksman graduated in 1999 with a MBBCh from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of the Witwatersrand Johannesburg, South Africa.

He subsequently completed his specialist training in Ear, Nose and Throat, Head and Neck Surgery in Johannesburg and was awarded the Fellowship of the College of South African (FCS) in Otolaryngology in 2007.

Alastair practiced at the Linksfield Park Clinic in Johannesburg developing a keen interest and expertise in salivary gland disease, head and neck surgery, sinus disease and functional rhinoplasty.

During this period, he completed a 2-year fellowship in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery administered by the International Federation of Head and Neck surgeons and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre in New York.

Additionally, he has been a visiting fellow at highly acclaimed medical facilities in Austria, Oregon and Germany as well as MD Anderson Cancer Centre in Texas.

We also welcome a new and friendly reception team including Tanya, Liz, Jeanette and our typist Mandana.

The team have extensive experience, compassionate people skills and are committed to making your experience stress-free and helpful.

We are striving to accommodate all urgent consultations that are indicated on referrals. If a GP calls the practice personally, we will attempt to see the patient within 24-48 hours.
